Musings

"How the light gets in" is a hope.  It is a glimmer of what might be and it is often not what I or others think is so about our received and in common reality.  Whatever light we have in our lives, in my experience, is more a state of being than a happening. Or that might be Being.  My life experience so far tells me that Leonard Cohen and other poets are right as they point out the fact that there is "a crack in everything."  Everything.  No exceptions.   And before you bemoan that fact, it is helpful to see---when at all possible---that "how the Light gets in" might actually be ground for sheer gratitude.
The implications of this are pretty big.
